Andy Robertson will take on head coaching duties for the TSC USL League Two team for 2023. Robertson served as an assistant coach for the team in 2022, the inaugural season.

“I am both honored and excited to be asked to coach TSC’s USL2 team,” said new TSC USL League Two Head Coach Andy Robertson. “I had a fantastic experience last summer, working with a great group of players, and I can’t wait to get going for the 2023 season. I want to thank Stuart and Dalton for this opportunity.”

“We are very pleased to elevate Andy to the head coaching position this year,” said USL Director Dalton Kaufman. “Andy was a big part in the success of our USL2 team last year and we are looking forward to his leadership moving forward.”

Robertson is the former Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Delta State University in Cleveland, MS and led the Statesmen from 2014 until this past year. Prior to his head coaching duties, he served as a Graduate Assistant and Goalkeeper Coach. 

The Dumbarton, Scotland native played four seasons for Ty Brewer at Northwood (Fla.) University. Robertson was a four-year starting goalkeeper for the Seahawks, a perennial power in The Sun Conference (NAIA).
